| Aerobatics | The Stall Turn | ||||||
| The Stall Turn is one of the trickiest of the basic aerobatic moves. It is entered almost as if a loop were beginning. Then when the aircarft is vertical, full left rudder is put on (if turning left) and opposite, ie right aileron is needed to keep the wings straight. As the aircraft cartwheels to face the ground, engine power is reduced and the stick and rudder centralised to gently bring the aircraft out of the resultant dive. | |||||||
